I recently went there after 4 months away recovering from surgery and to my dismay I found that the staff removed a 20+ yr old Bleeding Heart from behind my parents headstone. I complained and the "Boss" who told me "a tree had fallen near by and maybe the cleanup crew had removed it" Then proceeded to lecture me on how many inches away we are allowed from the headstone for any plants and then he wondered over by the embankment like he knew exactly where my parents bleeding heart route ball was and just so happens to have found the it, dead! Not only do I think this man lied to my face because of him knowing exactly where the root ball was, they defaced and desicrated my mother and fathers headstone and caused a great deal of and sadness and shock! I've been crying for days. He put a piece of it back in the ground (So he says) I have to return but this is unacceptable!
Beautiful cemetery located on both sides of Re outer 94. Newer section on West side. Older section still open too.
