When I called, they said they would let me return it. When my fiance drove 30 Minutes to return it, they told us it was not possible to return it.
My one star rating is based on one Purchase I made.. I brought my old Furnace Oil Burner Motor in for them to look at. They compared it and sold me a Motor that was suppose to be identical.. However.. It was not.
The staff I spoke with were very nice, but wouldn't work with me on returning this item..
This place is just like family! My husband & I would highly recommend them for any bathroom or kitchen project. Who knew it was a design center too? Appointment or not, there is always someone (Kris, Christina & Sue) happily waiting to assist you with your project. Friendly & extremely knowledgeable, they fully explain options, features, pricing and timing (which can be very important if your contractor already has you scheduled). My order was not only delivered and placed in my house, but arrived complete and on-time. And the best part, the office staff looks forward to your return with pictures, and maybe another project in mind!
