Stay far away from this place! First of all, the ambiance was very beautiful so if all you want is a drink and a sunset, this is the place for you... My bad experience started when they sat us in the corner of the uncrowded outdoor restaurant, with the luxurious views out of site. We have 2 kids so it seems as though they did that intentionally and gave the good tables to other groups who did not have kids. The waiter took our drink orders and didn't give us kids cups for water. We had to ask another waiter for the cups. After we ordered our meals, it took 45 minutes for the food to come out!!!! 45 minutes!! My son got a pizza that was definitely a frozen pizza, (it tasted like cardboard) my daughter got pasta with butter, my wife got pasta and seafood (that was not bad), and I ordered a pork chop. I took 2 bites and realized that my pork chop was raw in the middle. It was also very fatty. After sending it back I got back the same pork chop 20 minutes later very overdone. At this point I was done and just wanted the check. So I told the waiter the pork chop was inedeble and I wanted the check. It took him 15 minutes to bring me the check. Then he disappeared, he never came back to take check. At this point I was very aggravated so I walked out and went up to the front of the restaurant. The manager apologized but did not take anything off the check or even offer us coffee or dessert. I visit this area often, but I will never return to this restaurant. It was the worst overall restaurant experience I have ever had. Terrible food and even worse service.
We waited 2 hours for our food which bland and tasteless even with reservations. I ended up giving up on it and got myself water and salt & pepper. We were about to leave when they said the food would in seconds. 15 minutes later, the food actually came.
