The food in Crystal Springs was delicious and there are two restaurants one is Italian while the other is continental. Both are delicious. The biodome is also amazing especially at night when all the lights are on and a heated outdoor pool is also available. There are also hot and dry saunas as well as a hot tub. If you stay at Crystal Springs resort you can also use the amenities at Mineral Resort which includes another heated pool, sauna, weightroom, basketball court, tennis court and racquetball court. A shuttle goes back and forth between Crystal springs and mineral and can be called at any time. The service and overall cleanliness was also very nice.

This was an amazing hotel with amazing amenities. I had an amazing time there and I would definitely visit again. All the staff were very nice and helped greatly. Overall an amazing experience
This place is showing its wear and tear. The countryside is beautiful and the resort is nice but it's time to change the stained carpet and the cleaning staff need a to do some deep cleaning in the rooms. For these prices this place should be immaculate....service is pleasant but average nothing over the top. I felt they were a little better a few years back
As a delivery driver for Domino's , I frequent the Grand Cascades for late night deliveries pretty often. The staff are always cordial and always willing to help. There's free water at the front lobby if you ask and frequent events on the weekends
Played Cascades golf course. 9 holes of narrow and challenging golf with distance to boot. The pro shop in the Lodge was efficient and accommodating. Bag drop was helpful, as we the attendants with providing guidance and directions; however, signage could be improved upon with so many different courses in one location. It was rather confusing for players who has not previously golfed here.
